- I registered nali.org on August 9th, 1998. I don’t remember if the domain existed before that or it was expired.
- Originally, I wrote the HTML and created the images for the site by hand.
- The HTML and the images are hosted by Cloudflare.
- Currently this site is built on Astro, Starlight, Tailwind CSS.
- All the images are hosted in a provate Backblaze B2 bucket, served up by a Cloudflare Worker.
- There are no analytics but the site uses Cloudflare’s Rocket Loader for faster rendering.
- Most of the time this site has existed, it was on WordPress. But the constant upgrades and realization I have nothing dynamic on my site made me to move to static generation.
- The purpose of this site has evolved over the years. Initiailly, I thought it would make me cool. Right. Then, posting interesting things for communities I participated in. And then some other reasons I forgot. Right now, it’s for random thoughts and public wiki for things I find useful. No doubt it will change again in a few years.
- Zilla Slab font is used for the headers, Outfit for the body, and JetBrains Mono for code blocks.
- The logo is a lightly edited version of this vector.
